Marketing Management
FIRST MEETING
Why is marketing important...?
Factors That Affect Marketing Success
In order for the marketing techniques implemented to be effective and successful, it is important to pay attention to the following important factors:
1. Technology
It should be recognized that business people who are "Tech Literate" tend to be more likely to survive and succeed with the business they do. Because utilizing the latest technology becomes one of the factors that affect marketing success.This utilization helps maximize marketing techniques, for example, relying on online media that help market more widely and quickly.
2. Selling Price
As good as any product owned and as wide as any market, if the price released to the market tends not to be competitive. It is more prone to failure than the other way around. So it is important for business people to conduct price surveys from competitors, to avoid the possibility of installing too high a price tag.
3. Honestness
Avoid promoting excessively and without content alias lies alone. Because only one consumer is disappointed, it will affect other prospective consumers. Especially in the midst of the current conditions where the power of online media is very likely to be used to tear down the business empire that already dominates.

After I finish reading the success factor in grinding, we continue to the existence of the market is a lot or everywhere.
Internet Or Online
The Internet is becoming one of the most popular marketing media. Almost everyone must be using the internet, so the market is very broad. Marketing can be done in various ways such as using email, websites or advertisements. The target market can also be determined because many advertising service providers have this feature.
So, if you use the internet must be successful because you have a broad insight into the science to achieve the goals you want to meet your needs.
Broadcast Advertising
Using radio as a marketing medium is one of the most common forms of paid advertising. Marketing to customers is very potential when using radio because radio listeners actually listen to what the broadcaster is saying. In addition, you can also use TV media to reach customers widely.
Usually, using broadcast ads requires paying a fairly high money because of the film crews who want to pay it as proof of profit from a film company.
Branding
Products and services must have a target market, and a name or "Brand," to be known. Branding is a form of marketing that functions as a long-term advertisement. It is very helpful to make the product or service more attractive and famous. Branding often includes names, slogans, and logos.
Branding must be a bit complicated how to promote it, marketing branding is not difficult for millennials for those who like to use social media for smooth running in managing money.

After that, I will continue to the right and correct marketing procedures.
Marketing Strategy
Marketing techniques are the key to success in the sale of a plantation product.Some marketing strategies that need to be considered and applied in the face of market competition, especially the plantation products market, include:
1. Establishing a relationship with customers
One of the keys to success in doing business is always maintaining good relationships with customers. Good relationships that can be made include contacting by telephone regularly or informing if there is a change in commitments that have been made because of something.
Remember, even if the customer must be considered, the fabrication of the relationship is closely mandatory because customer satisfaction is seen early.
2. Determining policies
Business actors or product providers must dare to conduct a survey or price analysis of demand, product quality and market conditions to determine the right price with the quality of the product produced.
Policy is vital in the field of entrepreneurship, because the policies of mutual planning are mature, measurable, scheduled, disciplined and careful in implementing them.
3. Make Observations Of The Market
Traders or exporters must know which markets will be targeted and how the competition map in the market means that a trader or exporter must identify the target market to be addressed so that the product and quality required by the target can be met.
Before starting your career test, observe your first being called if you want to find good organizations so that we are not compromised in selling something.

As much as I am from my blog, hopefully this blog is very useful for all of us for people who want to introduce techniques in marketing, and who want to set up a small business is great to read. I close bye for this time. Wassalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh...
SECOND MEETING
We begin with the many important concepts in marketing. let's begin now.
Marketing is the promotion of a company's objectives, products and services to employees within the organization. The purpose is to increase employee engagement with the company's goals and fostering brand advocacy.
source: https://whatis.techtarget.com/definition/internal-marketing#:~:text=Internal%20marketing%20is%20the%20promotion,goals%20and%20fostering%20brand%20advocacy.
After we started the early sector, then we heading to the needs, wants, and demands.
Needs, wants and demands are 3 important terms in marketing. No matter how similar they might seem, there are more differences in these terms that you might think. There are many layers within them and they play a vital role in arriving at segmenting the TG, targeting a particular target group and most importantly defining a sharp positioning for a brand.
Needs
“Needs” is the basic human requirements like shelter, clothes, food, water, etc. which are essential for human beings to survive. If we extend this further, other needs are education, healthcare or even a social thing, for example, belonging to a certain society or self-expression. One can say that the products which fall under the needs category of products do not require a push. Instead the customer buys it themselves. But it’s actually not true. in today’s world with thousands of brands competing in the same categories with identical offerings satisfying the same needs, even the “needs category product” has to be pushed in the consumers’ mind. Example of needs category products / sectors – Agriculture sector, Real Estate, Healthcare etc.
Wants
"Wants" are a step ahead of needs Wants aren’t essential for humans to survive, but it’s associated with needsSimply put, A want is a product desired by a customer that is not required for us to survive. So, want is the complete opposite of need, which is essential for our survival. Wants aren’t permanent and it regularly changes. As time passes, people and location change, wants change accordingly.
Demands
Wants turn to be Demands when a customer is willing and having the ability to buy that needs or wants. The basic difference between wants and demands is desire. A customer may desire something but he may not be able to fulfill his desire. Consequently, for people, who can afford a desirable product are transforming their wants into demands. In other words, if a customer is willing and able to buy a need or a want, it means that they have a demand for that need or a want. You might want a BMW for a car or an iPhone for a phone. But can you actually buy a BMW or an Iphone? You can, provided you have the ability to buy them. Example of demands –Luxury cars, 5 star hotels etc.

After this, we go to the video youtube of activity for money donation of earthquake victim of sumedang west java. accorrding to this many students were succesfully got money from numerous passerby which the money is required for refugee payments provided by the government.
Okay, after I finished watching the video before, I head up to the Needs of Markets.
"NEEDS"
Needs is a requirements of the human base life.
People needs air, water, food, clothes, and home to stay alive.
People also have strong needs will recreation, education, and entertainment.
After the needs, then I go to the "Implementation Marketing Research".
There are three phases doing the market research.
first the pre-design, second the research design, and lastly the implementation.
Then, we proceed to how market reasearch works?
first, there are 2 possible source, the primary data and secondary data.
The secondary data is from independent matter, while the primary data is from 2 possible approaches.
The qualitative research focus on one thing to make it better, while the quantitative research rely on many people to get observation as much as possible.
The quantative research is determined by 2 methods, the descriptive and the causal. The causal is a reasonable grounds for doing something follow by Experimental.
Experimental is a product based on untested ideas or techniques and not yet finalized.
I think experimental should be done casually in order to achieve a good method for the quantitative research.
Descriptive is determined by 2 means. The observation and survey.
Observation is the process of observing something carefully.
Survey is a general view, examination, or description of something.
I think survey and observation are the best way describing something so, they try to make a survey and observation around the city.
Survey makes many opinion about marketing said by many people.
Observation involve investigators to find many critical points of making a strategic market.
Now, this is enough for write down for the 2nd meet blog and i hope you are stay safe and don't forget to wash your hands before doing something, thank you everybody.
PERTEMUAN KETIGA

Marketing is everywhere. Formally and informally, the people and their organization being involved largely in marketing activities. A good marketing turns to more vital element in business success. Without conscious the marketing activity is always sticked to our everyday lives.
Habis ini, kita akan melanjutkan yang namanya proses itu adalah Strategi STP.
The STP Process
Our STP Process is somewhat complicated to figure out because it's has something special. The marketing strategy in the method of STP is the first step for finding entities of many market segments, then targeting to find a positiong of market to find many results that are the best. Because all of market can offers a product, because of this is knowing an STP processes.
STP or Segmentation Targeting Positioning is one of the approaches or models used to develop appropriate marketing messages and strategies in the segmentation of a specific target audience.This marketing model is known as one of the most effective and popular uses to date.
source: http://bemfe.unimus.ac.id/index.php/2021/04/22/mengenal-segmenting-targeting-dan-positioning-stp-marketing/#:~:text=STP%20atau%20Segmentation%20Targeting%20Positioning,populer%20digunakan%20hingga%20saat%20ini.
Next, we found that market segmenting is a really important part of commerce let's check this out!
Segmentation Market
has many accords, these are the geographic where location of market needs to be determined. The zone is how the marketing needs a designation sector to produce everything. The population size where labor force were the primary need for economic growth. The density is how an area can accomodate many people to participate workforce to contribute the nation's economy. and finally the climate which shows why tropical climate is best suited for industry area for development.
Now, we head up to the behavioral type of market segment where behavior must be regulated at all cost. The Finding Ff Beneficiaries is a very vital for making a people happy and very refreshed out for establisihng business. While the Use Of Marketing is needed for most people where the item must be sorted manually in order to get desirable result. And then the Volume which is how much the customer can get to maximize profits. and the last is the Product Loyalty which is how many people can respect to a product where the it is being promoted. Loyal to any product can lead you a respectable moment.
And after this, I go to the targetting for the market, check it out.
The Segmentatoin of Target Positioning.
The conclusion is the entire population are sure to not buy our product, because we also will not be able to fulfill the entire market, then the finding potential market. The potential market also find in a more available that can be achieve. But then, it is narrow again so the market became the true place.
Now, we have to got to the conclusion of the 4 elemental of marketing these are geography, demography, physiographic and behavior.
First, we start to geography to find a location of building business, then demographic is the what you could be a starting of business procedure. Then, the behavior is a man to provide some marketing procedure, and the guidance for business. next to physiographic where to someone are to be making a new business provide many people around. And finally it's goes up to geographic again on a complete cycle in order to preserve their location.
That's for my 3rd meet blog content that i write it for academic requirements for advancing the 2nd half of this semester. See you next time!
4th MEETING
Welcome Back to my blog, this time I want to continue to 4th meeting where the first slide is explaining "SWOT" as a general, let's go!
SWOT stands for Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, that's it.
SWOT analysis is a technique for assessing these four aspects of your business. SWOT Analysis is a simple tool that can help you to analyze what your company does best right now, and to devise a successful strategy for the future.
source: https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newTMC_05.htm#:~:text=SWOT%20stands%20for%20Strengths%2C%20Weaknesses,successful%20strategy%20for%20the%20future.
In my opinion, SWOT has many obstacles that you must to challenge these hardworks so they are very skilled and get ready to invest many things.
Strengths
In other words, "Strengths" is the toughness of your competitor. Strenghts is how your wellness is applied to your organization. Then the advantages is the motivate many staffs, some materials were accessible, and many high tough for manufacture process.
With my Opinion, Strenghts is a attributes to your person how you can hold many tasks so you can give many staffs a good opportunities.
Weaknesses
Weaknesses, like strengths, are inherent features of your organization, so focus on your people, resources, systems, and procedures. Think about what you could improve, and the sorts of practices you should avoid. Be honest! A SWOT analysis will only be valuable if you gather all the information you need. So, it's best to be realistic now, and face any unpleasant truths as soon as possible.
With my own words, weakness is should be passed on to the staffs where you can do many jobs that require weakness to prove that you are not cheater.
Opportunities
Opportunities are openings or chances for something positive to happen. They usually arise from situations outside your organization, and require an eye to what might happen in the future. They might arise as developments in the market you serve, or in the technology you use.
I think Opportunities make a chance for many unbelievable quirks to our staffs. The Staff will temporary boost some energy and make them more active. On the other hand, some of them will weaken many staff that you suffer. Please be careful while choosing wide array of Opportunities.
Threats
Threats include anything that can negatively affect your business from the outside, such as supply-chain problems, shifts in market requirements, or a shortage of recruits. It's vital to anticipate threats and to take action against them before you become a victim of them and your growth stalls.
For my own explanation, Threat is an obligations for all people involuntary. This given a reson for facing many crises to get an unpleasant results, which was a nightmare for those staffs who wish to get along the road for career.
Okay the SWOT has been finished so i forward now to "The 4Ps Of Marketing" where you can learn the principles of marketing in 4 modes the Product, Promotion, Place, and Price, Colloqually known as "Marketing Mix".
The 4Ps Of Marketing
The four Ps of marketing are the key factors that are involved in the marketing of a good or service. They are the product, price, place, and promotion of a good or service. Often referred to as the marketing mix, the four Ps are constrained by internal and external factors in the overall business environment, and they interact significantly with one another.
source: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/four-ps.asp
In my opinion, The 4Ps Of Marketing is a universal term for many people of newbie where they learn about the basics of market and how it works. This is a very useful tips to find many ways to get features of business so you will never forgot this.
Product
Product refers to a good or service that a company offers to customers. Ideally, a product should fulfill an existing consumer demand. Or a product may be so compelling that consumers believe they need to have it and it creates a new demand.
When I see Product, i should to observe it for a customer. It's very ideal to get a demand that must be fulfillfed honestly because it may get a good rating. Costumers cannot be manipulated by the shop owner to forcefully buy products because it can get discomfort. That's how my opinion have.
Price
Price is the cost consumers pay for a product. Marketers must link the price to the product's real and perceived value, but they also must consider supply costs, seasonal discounts, and competitors' prices. In some cases, business executives may raise the price to give the product the appearance of being a luxury.
When I try to differeniate myself from the fact, this is my opinion. Price maybe regulated for shopping. There's are no competitive cost at all because it's very hard and takes a long time. Then, prices cannot be adjusted too high or too low to be bought, because many customers will angry due to abnormal cost of the store's stock.
Place
When a company makes decisions regarding place, they are trying to determine where they should sell a product and how to deliver the product to the market. The goal of business executives is always to get their products in front of the consumers that are the most likely to buy them.
In my opinion, Place is the location where company invest, then try to make a good decision. A strategic place means that the company has been placed a suitable place to work, without worry and problem. Place should be pay attention because wrong placehold an area may cause heavy competition, resulting driving some companies to go bankrupt.
Okay, this is the end of the 4th meeting content that i ever write, then I will go to the 5th meeting now, let's go.
5th MEETING
Here, I just started writing about the 5th course of this subject, "Marketing & Promotion"
I just initated by learning point of market researching.
the preface is with understanding the importance of market research, and their implementations, the company is able to apply marketing research acurately for raising the competing superiority.
The PLC (Product Life Cycle) implementation in Marketing Mix
Product Life Cycle (PLC) is a graph that draws product history since it introduced to market until being pulled from market.
The steps of PLC
1. Introduction Step
2. Growth Step
3. Maturity Step
4. & Decline Step
The Definition for Market Research
Market Research is a systematic form in collecting analyses and data reporting and relevant finding against a specific marketing situation faced by company.
That's my explanation about the 5th meeting, I suceed to the 6th meeting now.
6th MEETING
I introduce the content for my 6th meeting, and get start from this point now.
I will explain the information for Product Life Cycle from its entirety, the point a until b.
"Every Product usually have births and deaths naturally good in the short terms nor long terms, product at the time can be very sell well and be liked by people, however next time that product cannot viable to be sold, so the meaning of Product Life Cycle is a step from birth, growth, maturity, dan death. Every product has different Product Life Cycle , for example electronic products has a narrow time range alias dies quickly, whereas food products usually can be long-lasting."
Examples: "Nokia" brand cellphone and drinking mineral water "AQUA"
How is the "Marketing Strategy" carried out at each stage?
"INTRODUCTION" Stage
1. Rapid Skimming
To Apply high Price such as Big Promotion.
2. Slow Skimming
To Apply high Price such as Small Promotion
3. Rapid Penetration
To Apply low Price such as Big Promotion
4. Slow Penetration
To Apply low Price such as Small Promotion
Then I go to the entire phase of Product Life Cycle starting from Growth right now.
"GROWTH" Stage
1. Rapid GROWTH
-> Increase the Selling price
-> Create a stronger Market
-> Expand new market segment
2. Slow GROWTH
-> Increase the Sale
-> Product Repair.
"MATURITY" Stage
1. Defending Strategy
To defend market share from any company competitor as well as emerging substitute product attack.
-> Decreasing production cost
-> Eliminating the product's shortcomings.
2. Attacking Strategy
Efforts to do achievement for a better level (product upgrade)
-> Modify Produk
-> Product Innovation Enhancement
This is the final phase that I can explain this section.
"DECLINE" Stage
Marketing Strategy
Declining Stage/Decline
Increasing Investment
-> Dominating the market
-> Good competing position.
Modifying Product
-> Increasing the product's benefit.
Finding New Markets
-> looking for new market share that can be entered.
Endure Until Industrial Uncertainties are Resolved
->
